Hi, I'm April.

I've built my life here, raised my kids here, and learned that buying a home in a mountain community can come with its own set of challenges. Condos, condotels, second homes, investment properties, self-employed income and jumbo loans aren't unusual situations to me — they're a big part of what I do.

But my business isn't limited to the mountains. I help people with financing from mountain towns to cities and everywhere in between. Sometimes the loan is straightforward. Sometimes we have to get creative and look at the whole picture. Either way, I want you to understand your options and feel comfortable with the decision you're making.

I'm also the person who will answer your text at night, pick up on a weekend when you're writing an offer, and stay involved when something needs attention. You're working with me, not being passed from person to person once your application is submitted.

When I'm not working, I'm usually with Savannah and Ryder, outside somewhere in the mountains, or dealing with whatever chaos Venus and Grizzly have created that day.

This is home for me. And helping people figure out how to make a home work — here or somewhere completely different — is what I love about what I do.
